what are you going to do
As an Allround Food Worker in our butchery, you are indispensable to the production process. You and your team give it your all every day to turn high-quality raw materials into the tastiest meats, meals, and other culinary products. Your day starts early, at 6:00 AM, and depending on the workload, the end time may vary—but you’re more than ready for that.
Your workday begins by checking the raw materials. Precision is key, so you carefully weigh the ingredients to the gram and record them according to our standard recipes. Then, you get to work processing the meat: cutting, prepping, mixing—all with the help of modern machines. This isn’t assembly line work; it’s true craftsmanship, where you perform every step with care. You know better than anyone that the quality of the final product starts with the preparation.
In addition to production work, you ensure your workspace is always clean and hygienic. Meat processing demands strict hygiene standards, and as an Allround Food Worker, you are well aware of this. Throughout the day, you coordinate with your colleagues, as teamwork is at the heart of what we do. Everyone helps each other out, and if something unexpected happens—like a machine not cooperating—you work together to find a solution.
You also keep the bigger picture in mind: the end products you create together will soon be on store shelves or sold through our own concepts. How cool is it to see where your work ends up?
