Aluminium Profile Packer
Looking for a job where you can build muscle and where teamwork is truly key? Then we’ve got something for you! An innovative extrusion company in Roermond is looking for enthusiastic production workers. You can be assigned to various departments, such as Packaging or Surface Treatment. Where you’ll work depends on how busy each department is, together with your colleagues, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly.
who are you
- You speak Dutch, English, or German.
- You’re available full-time (we really need you!).
- Own transport is a must (early shifts are tough without it).
- You’re eager to be physically active, this is not a sit-down job!
- You’re willing to work in 3 shifts.
what are you going to do
As an Aluminium Profile Packer, you’ll be responsible for packaging and processing aluminum profiles. No two days are the same, as you’ll work in different departments depending on how busy it is. Don’t worry—you won’t be switching constantly. Your main task? Making sure the aluminum profiles are ready to be shipped to the customer, together with your team. That means carefully packaging, inspecting, and stacking them on the designated racks.
The profiles you’ll be working with are often several meters long, so teamwork is crucial. You don’t need to be a bodybuilder, but you shouldn’t be afraid of physical work. With the right techniques—and of course, great team spirit—you’ll keep things running smoothly. Packaging is done in different ways, depending on customer requirements, so attention to detail and a quality-first mindset are essential. Mistakes won’t stand a chance with you in charge!
Additionally, as a Aluminium Profile Packer you’ll also be responsible for checking whether the profiles meet the required standards before they’re packaged. No worries—you don’t need a metalworking diploma, but precision is important. A bit of technical insight will definitely help.
what do we offer you
- A great salary of €17.03 per hour, excluding a 19% shift allowance (which brings your gross monthly income to around €3,500)
- 25 vacation days (for those well-earned rays of sunshine)
- 13 additional paid leave days (these are paid out in your wages, meaning an extra €1.03 gross per hour)
- 8.33% holiday pay—because vacations aren’t meant to be spent on bread and water!
