Concrete Production Worker

what are you going to do
As a Concrete Production Worker, you play a key role in our production process. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, from the moment the first materials arrive until the final product is ready for shipment. You’ll work in one of our departments, such as wide slab floors, construction elements, or precast walls. Here, you collaborate closely with your colleagues to create various concrete elements, from assembling an element to installing cast-in components.
You’ll operate various machines and cranes, such as overhead and hall cranes, to move and process materials. Pouring concrete is one of the most important tasks in the role of a Concrete Production Worker. This is where your precision and craftsmanship come into play. Safety is extremely important to us, so you strictly adhere to safety regulations and ensure the workplace remains clean and organized.
Together with your team, you work towards efficient production. You help each other whenever needed, and with a touch of humor, you make the work even more enjoyable. At the end of the day, you go home with a sense of satisfaction, knowing you’ve contributed to the completion of great projects!
