who are you
- You have a completed Secondary/Higher Vocational Education in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Some work experience in a similar role.
- You are highly proficient in accounting software (Exact Online, AFAS).
- Strong analytical skills, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture.
- You’re a proactive problem solver with a hands-on mentality.
- Excel? That’s your playground!
- Great communication skills, both within and outside the team.
what are you going to do
In this role as a Financial Administrative Employee, you are the driving force behind our financial administration. You start your day by processing incoming invoices, meticulously tracking what comes in and what goes out. You ensure everything is booked on time, keeping our finances in perfect order.
In addition to daily tasks, you assist with month-end and year-end closings. You gather all the necessary data and ensure that the reports are spot-on. VAT returns and accounts receivable/payable management are also in the capable hands of our Financial Administrative Employee. You work closely with one back-office colleague and act as the go-to person for your front-office teammates when they can’t locate that one invoice.
Moreover, you’re not afraid to bring new ideas to the table. If you see an opportunity to improve our processes, you take initiative and propose a solution. Whether it’s creating clear reports or identifying financial risks, you’ve got everything under control.
