Line Leader

As a Line Leader, you are the indispensable link in our production process. Every day, you start full of energy to ensure that your production line runs smoothly. You begin by setting up the machines and checking that everything is ready for a productive day. Then, you get the production up and running and monitor the progress. A malfunction occurs? No worries! You step in immediately, solve the issue, and make sure production resumes as quickly as possible. You are the go-to person when it comes to resolving technical problems.

Besides the technical aspect, you also play an important role within the team. You keep an overview and ensure that everyone knows what they need to do. New colleagues? As the Line Leader, you take them under your wing, train them, and make sure they feel at home on the work floor. You don’t just monitor productivity but also create a positive atmosphere within the team, because a fun working environment is just as important as delivering high-quality work.

Furthermore, you are responsible for workplace safety. You ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that the work area is always clean and tidy. Additionally, you handle first-line maintenance of the machines and the preparation and printing of labels for the products.
