Logistics Employee

As a Logistics Employee, you’ll work in one of two specialized warehouses, each with its own approach and team dynamic. Wherever you end up, you’ll be deployed all-round and help ensure a flawless logistics process.

In one warehouse, you’ll work between 07:00 and 19:00, with varying start times such as 07:00, 08:30, or 09:30. Everyone here is trained to handle inbound tasks as well, so some flexibility is expected. You’ll be handling both small and large parts: the small ones you collect by hand or with a picking cart, and the larger items you’ll move using a forklift, reach truck, OPT or EPT. Safety is the top priority here. Everything follows clear procedures, and you’ll receive clear instructions to ensure both you and your colleagues stay safe. Bonus: your opinion truly matters here. Improvement ideas (OFIs) are taken seriously, and the work atmosphere is monitored just as closely as the inventory.

In the other warehouse, you’ll work between 08:00 and 20:00, with an afternoon shift starting at 11:30. Here too, you’ll work with parts of all shapes and sizes – from small items to 50-kilo batteries (which you’ll obviously lift together with a colleague). The atmosphere is calm and focused, with a strong emphasis on safety. For the really heavy stuff, there’s a crane, and you’ll receive instructions on how to use it (no certificate needed).

In both settings, as a Logistics Employee, you’ll work with a hand scanner and help keep the warehouse organized. The atmosphere is calm, although the first and last hour of the day can be busy – after all, customers need to receive their orders on time. Weekend work is generally not required.
