Operator Baker (3-shifts)
Every day, the most delicious pies, cakes, and pastries come fresh out of our ovens. Whether in supermarkets, at birthday parties, or alongside a cup of coffee, there’s a good chance you’ve made them as an Operator Baker. With your eye for quality and precision, you bring every recipe to life!
who are you
- You love a challenge and don’t stress over minor technical issues. No worries—major breakdowns are handled by our technical team.
- Got experience? Great! No experience yet? No problem, we’ll teach you everything.
- You enjoy working in a close-knit team but can also handle tasks independently.
- Whether you speak Dutch or English, you’re more than welcome!
- You’re open to working a 3-shift schedule (think of that sweet shift bonus!).
- You’re available for 24 to 38 hours per week.
what are you going to do
Your day as an Operator Baker starts with the smell of freshly baked dough and the energy of a team ready to give their best. You begin by checking the schedule and making sure your production line is set up and ready to go. This includes setting up machines correctly, checking ingredients, and carefully following recipes.
As an Operator, you’re in charge of your production line—monitoring the process and stepping in when needed. Everything running smoothly? Then it’s your job to keep production efficient and on track.
Of course, not everything always goes perfectly. Maybe a machine signals an issue, or the dough doesn’t seem quite right. No problem! You’re not just skilled but also calm under pressure. You’ll handle minor malfunctions yourself, while our technical team is there for the bigger challenges.
During your training period, you’ll learn the ins and outs of the Operator Baker role. You’ll understand how the machines work, discover which ingredients combine best, and gain insight into different production lines. But it doesn’t stop there—we challenge you to take on more responsibility.
Starting with one production line? In time, you’ll master multiple. Ready to level up to Operator 2? You’ll become an all-rounder, able to start and manage multiple lines independently. And as an Operator 3, you’ll even become a team leader—the driving force behind the team.
