who are you
- You have experience as a machine operator (machines hold no secrets for you).
- Your technical insight helps you solve problems faster than a pitstop mechanic.
- Basic knowledge of HACCP and IFS standards, or you’re willing te learn this.
- You speak English, and knowing some Dutch is a plus (but not mandatory).
- You’re currently available for day shifts but flexible enough for potential shift work in the future.
what are you going to do
As a Operator Flowpack Machine, you will be the key player on the packaging team at this basil grower. From day one, you’ll be the go-to expert for their brand-new packaging machine. You’ll ensure it not only runs smoothly but performs at its best.
Your day starts with a system check: are the settings correct? Are there any improvements needed? You’ll configure the machine with precision to ensure perfect packaging. From startup to troubleshooting technical challenges, you are the expert keeping things running.
During your shift, you’ll closely monitor the machine to ensure smooth operation. If a malfunction occurs, you’ll handle it calmly and efficiently. Your role extends beyond technical maintenance to include quality control, ensuring every basil plant is packaged in top condition.
As a Operator Flowpack Machine collaboration is key, as you’ll work closely with colleagues, assisting and training them on operating the flowpack machine when needed. You’ll also ensure your workplace remains clean and safe, maintaining hygiene and safety standards at all times.
As the company grows, you’ll contribute your ideas to improve the packaging process. Your technical expertise and input will be highly valued. what do we offer you
- A competitive salary of € 2,500 – € 3,500 gross per month (excluding shift allowance eventually).
