Prefab Carpenter
Are you someone who loves to roll up their sleeves and take pride in building something tangible? Then we have the perfect job for you! As a Prefab Carpenter, you’ll be responsible for creating wooden molds used in the production of prefab building elements. And the best part? We do it all in-house! This means you get to see firsthand how your craftsmanship is put to use.
who are you
- Secondary Vocational Education level 1/2 work and thinking level
- Knowledge of woodworking and technical drawings
- A talent for thinking in shapes
- A problem-solver with strong hands
what are you going to do
As a Prefab Carpenter, you are the mastermind behind the molds. Without your expertise, we wouldn’t be able to pour concrete or produce prefab building elements. You craft custom wooden molds to ensure every project runs smoothly. Using technical drawings and various woodworking machines, you assemble everything with precision. Sawing, milling, and planing? No problem for you. You work meticulously because a few millimeters can make the difference between a perfect fit and an unusable product.
What makes this job even more special? We have our own in-house model-making workshop, meaning you get to see your work come to life. The mold you create today is filled with concrete tomorrow and integrated into a major construction project just days later. That’s job satisfaction!
You work independently as a Prefab Carpenter, but you always have a team to rely on. Together, you ensure that every project runs smoothly. Need a creative solution or facing a challenge? You think along and come up with smart solutions. We value people who don’t just execute tasks but also critically assess how things can be improved.
Looking to grow in your field? Great! We invest in your development—whether you want to specialize in a specific technique or move up to another role within the company. Here, you get the chance to truly build something—not just physically, but for your future as well!
