  • Quality and safety are your top priorities.
  • You work proactively and result-oriented, staying calm under pressure.
  • As a team player with a flexible and positive attitude, you can work independently and adapt quickly.

what are you going to do

As a Process Operator, you are the key player in the production process, contributing daily to the creation of high-quality products for the mobility and architecture sectors. You ensure that production lines run optimally and that all processes follow established procedures. Working with complex machinery and advanced technologies, you are responsible for setting up and operating coating lines. This requires a keen eye for detail, as you continuously monitor chemical processes to maintain the quality of the products.

Your tasks begin with preparing the necessary production materials. This means you are responsible for gathering and checking items like coatings, coils, and films, ensuring everything is ready for production. You then read and interpret customer orders, drawings, and work instructions to keep the production process running smoothly. During production, you monitor both the quantity and quality of the final product, constantly checking if the product meets the required standards and making adjustments where necessary to correct any deviations.

In addition, as a Process Operator, you are responsible for troubleshooting minor issues and performing preventive maintenance on the equipment. This requires a hands-on mentality and technical insight, allowing you to quickly respond to and fix problems without disrupting the production process. Your contribution is vital in keeping the machinery in top condition and preventing downtime.

You also handle the internal transport of materials and products, using overhead cranes and forklifts to safely move the produced materials within the production environment. Lastly, you are responsible for packaging the final product and ensuring everything is ready for shipment to the customer.
