Product Specification Team Lead
It’s not just about the content—the packaging is important too. The Product Specification Team Lead manages a team of SRD analysts and is ultimately responsible for process optimization, product optimization, and improving overall team performance. You ensure that the business strategy is adhered to and that customer expectations are met.
who are you
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration, or an equivalent bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- 3 years of relevant work experience in a production environment.
- Knowledge and experience in the packaging industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and models.
- Knowledge of and experience with GMP, quality systems, and ISO (ISO 13485 is a plus).
- Proven experience as a team leader and motivator.
- Change and improvement management skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
what are you going to do
As a Product Specification Team Lead, you measure, analyze, and evaluate your team’s output by converting data into actionable insights, guiding and coaching your team effectively. You document and establish standards within the quality and production process, ensuring up-to-date version control. You manage this in a budget-conscious manner, being accountable for maintaining quality.
Another key responsibility is facilitating internal approval processes based on specifications and quality requirements. You lead and oversee root-cause analyses, assist in resolving complaints, and implement changes to prevent future issues.
