who are you
- Someone with at least a Secondary School level of work and thinking, preferably in a technical field.
- Experienced in a technical or production environment.
- Safety-conscious and attentive to order and cleanliness (people describe you as a “tidy type”).
- In possession of a forklift or hoisting certificate (or willing to obtain one).
what are you going to do
As a Production Employee, you are the driving force behind a smooth production process. Your day begins with a brief meeting: what are the priorities, what requires extra attention, and how will the team tackle it? Then, you get to work. You operate the machines with precision and ensure everything proceeds according to plan. No hiccup goes unnoticed thanks to your sharp eye. If something isn’t running smoothly, you solve it or call for assistance when needed.
In addition to operating machines, you also perform straightforward production tasks. This could include assembling parts or checking the quality of the finished product. You know that consistency and accuracy are essential to delivering top-quality results.
Another important responsibility as a Production Employee is keeping the workspace and machines clean. A tidy workspace isn’t just safer—it also allows you and your colleagues to work more efficiently. You regularly perform light maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters or inspecting moving parts. This kind of preventive maintenance helps you avoid disruptions and keeps the process running smoothly.
When things get busy or there’s a tight deadline, you step in wherever needed. Whether it’s assembly tasks, moving products with a forklift, or assisting a colleague, you’re the person the team can rely on. Your dedication ensures that every day is a success!
