what are you going to do
As a Production Supervisor at our Maastricht location, you ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the first point of contact for your team of 8 to 12 operators and loaders. Together, you ensure production flows efficiently, always with a focus on safety and quality. You coordinate daily tasks and maintain an overview so that everyone knows exactly what is expected of them. Whether it’s scheduling tasks or troubleshooting issues, you’re in control.

Moreover, you work closely with other departments, such as logistics and maintenance. You keep the bigger picture in mind, ensuring the production schedule aligns well with customer orders and machine capacity.
