Production Worker (3-shift)

As a Production Worker (3-shift), you are an essential link in our production process. Every day, you work with your team to ensure that production runs smoothly from start to finish. You are responsible for mounting, inspecting, and finishing the profiles that go through our production process.

It all begins with mounting the materials. Once the customer delivers the materials, you prepare them for the anodizing process, always keeping the specific requirements of the client in mind. Each product requires its own unique treatment, making your work exciting, as you handle various materials, sizes, and customer demands.

After anodizing, which protects and enhances the durability of the material, the next phase begins: as a Production Worker (3-shift), you perform a quality check. You remove the products from the line and conduct a visual inspection. Your keen eye for detail comes into play here as you check for any damage, deviations, or other issues that may not meet the customer’s specifications. It’s your responsibility to ensure only the highest quality products leave the facility.

But your work doesn’t stop at the quality check. After the inspection, you carefully package the products to ensure they arrive safely at the customer’s location. In many cases, this is the last opportunity for inspection, so accuracy is key. You also count the quantities and make sure everything is in order for shipment.

Working as a Production Worker (3-shift) requires a flexible attitude. You’ll work in different shifts, including night shifts, making every week unique. This variety keeps your job dynamic and challenging.
