QA Employee

As a QA Employee, your workday starts at 6:00 AM with a nice cup of coffee and a quick check of the schedule. You know exactly what needs to be done. You begin with the incoming quality control of the raw materials, ensuring everything meets the required standards and checking for any deviations. If something seems off, you report it immediately to the QA team leader and/or the team leader of the respective coating line. No worries though, because you’ve got everything under control.

Next, you focus on the final product inspection, where your keen eye for detail really shines. Every product must meet our high standards, as quality is our top priority. You make sure the products are properly packaged and labeled before they are ready to be shipped to the customer. Your work is the final check before the products leave the facility, so it has to be flawless. No pressure, right?

In addition, you ensure that the necessary materials are prepared to meet the established efficiency targets. It’s your responsibility to make sure everything is in place and running smoothly so the team can work without delays. You collaborate closely with your colleagues to ensure everything operates seamlessly and goals are achieved. You are a vital link in the process!

As a QA Employee, you follow safety and environmental regulations, as both safety and sustainability are highly valued. A clean and organized workspace is essential, and you’re responsible for maintaining order and cleanliness in your area. By 2:50 PM, you’ll be ready to head home, knowing you contributed to a successful day.
