who are you
- You have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Affinity with quality management systems (DIN EN ISO9001, 14001, and IATF systems) and audit experience
- Able to switch quickly between projects and remain calm under pressure
- A natural leader who communicates effortlessly with both management and colleagues on the shop floor
- Fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus)
what are you going to do
As a Quality Manager, you are the key player in ensuring and improving quality within the company. You make sure that all our processes comply with the latest standards and regulations (such as ISO9001 and IATF). Additionally, you play a crucial role in drafting and implementing the Risk Inventory and Evaluation (RI&E). You see it as a challenge not only to solve problems but also to take preventive measures to avoid them. Complaint analysis? That’s your responsibility as a Quality Manager. Internal and external audits? Thanks to you, they run smoothly.
You collaborate closely with various departments and, in your role as Quality Manager, act as the point of contact for both internal and external quality-related matters. You are responsible for creating a safe and efficient working environment where quality is the top priority.
