what are you going to do
As a Team Leader Production, you register product inspections, take corrective actions during malfunctions, and monitor the production processes. Recording production data and maintenance is crucial, as is supporting the production leader with work instructions and production planning.
In your role as team leader, you evaluate staff performance, analyze targets, and take corrective measures when necessary. Effective communication and managing the team are key for you as a production team leader. You ensure strong collaboration and reporting to management. Leading a team of 4 to 14 employees, you are responsible for training and delegating tasks. Maintenance focuses on preserving the technical condition of the machines and ensuring a clean work environment.
