what are you going to do
As a Teamleader High Care, you will be responsible for the daily management and supervision of a large team of operators and production employees within the production department. You ensure that production processes run smoothly and that daily targets in the areas of quality, yield, planning, and food safety are achieved.
You continuously monitor the progress of the production process, taking into account external factors such as product quality, deliveries, and changing production conditions. In an environment where fresh products are handled every day, the ability to respond quickly is essential. You know how to set priorities, take ownership, and act immediately when situations require it.
In addition, as a Teamleader High Care, you play an active role in coaching and developing employees. You conduct discussions regarding performance, absenteeism, and development, and create a working environment where employees feel heard and motivated. Through your leadership style, you bring out the best in people and ensure positive collaboration within the team.
You also play an important role in improving processes. You identify bottlenecks, contribute ideas for more efficient ways of working, and participate in improvement projects within the organization. In doing so, you work closely with other departments to ensure production runs as efficiently as possible.
Furthermore, you are responsible for providing relevant management information related to productivity, efficiency, and yield. You ensure compliance with safety regulations, company guidelines, and quality standards, and actively contribute to a safe and structured working environment.

- A gross monthly salary between €3,284 and €4,000, depending on experience
- Shift allowances in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO)
