Glazing Bead Saw Operator
Are you technically minded, detail-oriented, and looking for a job where you are responsible for an important part of the production process? For a growing company in the window frame industry in Panningen, we are looking for a Glazing Bead Saw Operator. In this role, you will operate the glazing bead saw and handle related logistical tasks. A great position for someone who enjoys working independently but also functions well within a team.
who are you
- You have an affinity with technology or production.
- You can work with machines or are eager to learn.
- You are accurate, responsible, and quality-focused.
- You work in a structured way and like a tidy work environment.
- You are available for day shifts or shift work.
- You live in or near Panningen.
what are you going to do
As a Glazing Bead Saw Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the glazing bead saw. You ensure the machine is correctly configured according to the required specifications. You perform basic checks, monitor the process, and identify deviations or malfunctions. If a fault occurs, you report it promptly so that action can be taken quickly.
In addition, you cut support profiles and register the output of your work. This registration is important for further production planning and quality tracking. Another key part of your role is sorting semi-finished products in a logical and organised way, allowing colleagues in the next stage of the production process to work efficiently.
You are also responsible for replenishing materials and performing visual and functional quality checks on the final product. You have an eye for detail and are not afraid to take responsibility. You work closely with colleagues within the department but can also operate independently. While this role is less complex than operating CNC machines, it still requires precision and basic technical knowledge.
