Cooperating Foreman Production (2 Shifts)

who are you
- You have proven experience in a production environment, preferably in food or technical manufacturing.
- You are a go-to person for colleagues and naturally take the lead.
- You have technical insight and work in a structured, organised way.
- You are comfortable working in an environment where eggs are processed.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is a plus.
- You switch quickly, stay calm under pressure, and take initiative.
- You are physically fit and comfortable working with loads up to 12 kg.
- You live within 25 km of Weert and have reliable personal transport.
- You do not wear artificial nails or eyelashes due to food safety requirements.
- You are willing to work in a two-shift system:
- 06:00 to 14:00
- 14:00 to 22:00
what are you going to do
As a Cooperating Foreman Production, you are the first point of contact for your shift. You coordinate daily operations within the production process and continuously monitor progress, safety, hygiene, and quality. You actively work on the production floor while maintaining a clear overview.
You detect disruptions early and take corrective action where needed. Colleagues rely on you for support and guidance, and you help create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere. You encourage team members to work safely and efficiently and motivate them when needed. You also actively contribute ideas for improvements and help optimise processes on the floor.
Administrative tasks are also part of your role. You collect production data, report deviations to the production manager, and contribute to achieving daily targets. This position requires both hands-on involvement and organisational oversight.
