who are you
- You already have some experience as an operator, preferably in the food or bakery sector.
- You have at least an MBO level of working and thinking.
- You have a solid understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP and product quality.
- You are open to working shifts and don’t mind early or late hours.
- You work well in a team but can also stand your ground when needed.
- You think in solutions rather than problems and act quickly.
what are you going to do
As a Bakery Operator, you walk into the bakery every day with one goal: keeping the ovens running, the machines performing, and the bread at top quality. Together with a team of around 15 colleagues, you work in a three-shift system and are directly involved in the heart of the production process. You set up machines with confidence, monitor whether the process is running on schedule, and step in whenever something needs attention. A minor malfunction? You fix it. A deviation in the dough? You raise the alarm.
And you don’t do this alone. You work closely with a dedicated team of colleagues who share your passion for bread. Together, you ensure customers always receive the best product, without compromising on taste or quality. The products are pure, artisanal, and healthy. - A salary between €2,500 and €3,000 according to the Bakery Collective Labour Agreement, excluding shift allowances of 25% after 18:00 and 34% after 22:00.
