Concrete Production Worker (Day Shift or 2 Shifts)

You’ll have the opportunity to work in one of our production departments, such as wide slab floors, structural elements, shell floors, shell walls, or ribbed floors.

what are you going to do
As a Concrete Production Worker, you play an important role in our production process. You help ensure everything runs smoothly, from the moment materials arrive to the final product being ready for shipment. You will work in one of our departments, such as wide slab floors, building elements, or structural walls. Here, you collaborate closely with colleagues to produce various concrete elements, from assembling structures to placing built-in components.
You will operate different machines and cranes, such as overhead and hall cranes, to move and process materials. Pouring concrete is one of the key parts of the role. This is where your precision and craftsmanship come into play. Safety is extremely important to us, so you strictly follow safety guidelines and keep the workplace clean and organised.
Together with your team, you work towards an efficient production process. You support each other where needed, and a bit of humour makes the work more enjoyable. At the end of the day, you go home with a sense of accomplishment, knowing you contributed to the realisation of impressive projects.
