intro

Do you enjoy the sound of a perfectly running machine and take pride in delivering high-quality products? Then we have the perfect challenge for you. Combine technology and precision as a Process Operator with attractive daytime working hours.

who are you

  • You have an MBO level 3 or 4 diploma, preferably with a technical background.
  • You are comfortable working with large, complex machines and can read technical drawings and adjust settings.
  • You have experience as an operator and work independently and accurately.
  • You enjoy fixing things, whether it’s light maintenance or fine-tuning machine settings.

what are you going to do

As a Process Operator, you work with an impressive PLC-controlled machine that produces drains and manhole covers. These products are made from a combination of cast iron and concrete, robust and durable, just like you. You start your day by setting up the machine according to the correct specifications. No detail escapes your attention, because you know precision is key to a smooth production process.

During production, you continuously monitor performance. You don’t just rely on the numbers on the screen, but also visually check that everything runs smoothly. Unexpected malfunction? No problem. With your technical insight and problem-solving mindset, you step in before small issues become big ones. You may adjust settings or work closely with a technician to get the machine back in top condition.

In addition to the technical work, every product passes under your critical eye. If you notice an irregularity in the concrete or a rough edge in the cast iron, you refine it to ensure it is ready for the next step in the drying process.

But it doesn’t stop there. You actively think about process improvements and contribute ideas to optimise production. You work in a staggered day schedule between 06:00 and 18:00, providing variety in your workday. No two days are the same, which keeps the job engaging and dynamic.

what do we offer you

  • A salary between €2,600 and €3,200 depending on your experience.
  • A year-end bonus of 3.5 percent.
  • 25 vacation days and 12 additional leave days with full-time employment.
  • Growth and development opportunities, including training.
  • Travel allowance.
  • Participation in a pension scheme, with the majority covered by the employer.
