Production Operator (3 Shifts)

who are you
- Physical work is no problem for you, such as lifting bags and handling big bags.
- Experience in a production environment is a plus, but your motivation and commitment matter most.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- You have a good command of Dutch or English and can follow instructions accurately while maintaining proper documentation.
- Forklift experience is a plus, but not required.
what are you going to do
As a Production Operator, you ensure that all machines run at optimal performance so production stays on schedule and meets the highest quality standards. Your day starts with checking the machines and setting the correct parameters. This requires precision, as a well-configured process results in fewer disruptions and a smoother workflow.
Once production is running, you remain alert. If something isn’t running perfectly, such as a machine malfunction or disruption, you know exactly what to do. You solve minor technical issues independently, while larger challenges are handled together with the technical department. You also perform regular checks to ensure everything functions properly and products meet quality standards.
As a Production Operator, you work closely with the warehouse team, who supply the raw materials. You transport materials using a forklift and place bags of raw materials onto conveyor belts, hang empty big bags, and ensure the process continues without interruption. You’re not afraid of physical work, as hands-on tasks are part of the role.
In addition to operational work, you handle administrative tasks. You record production data in the system, print labels, and ensure everything is accurately documented. Thanks to your precision and dedication, the process runs smoothly, whether you are working early or late shifts.
