Compliance & Logistics Employee
Are you analytically strong, accurate, and at your best in an environment where international logistics and high-tech come together? Then this position as a Compliance & Logistics Employee is exactly what you’re looking for.
who are you
You are someone who maintains oversight, works with precision, and quickly shifts between different priorities. You thrive in an international environment and are energized by complexity and responsibility. Do you also have leadership qualities? Then this is your chance to combine that role with your operational expertise. In addition, you have:
- Demonstrable knowledge of customs processes, compliance, or international logistics.
- Experience with value-added services in a high-tech environment is a strong plus.
- The ability to engage with clients on a strategic level about processes and improvements.
- A highly accurate and responsible work ethic.
- Fluent command of the English language (the working language within the team).
what are you going to do
As a Compliance & Logistics Employee, you’ll be part of an international office team responsible for the administrative and coordinating processes related to logistics and value-added activities. You’ll work with products from major international high-tech clients, where quality, compliance, and speed are key. There’s room for growth within the team: we’re looking for multiple new colleagues, including one person who, in addition to operational tasks, can also take the lead in both the office and warehouse areas.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that go beyond standard administrative work. You’ll serve as the vital link between clients, internal departments, and international partners. You’ll ensure that all documentation, transport, and customs processes are completed accurately and in full. With your knowledge of customs procedures (compliance/customs), you’ll monitor that all shipments comply with international regulations and internal quality standards.
As a Compliance & Logistics Employee, you also have insight into the logistics chain and understand how value-added services (such as assembly, configuration, or repackaging) contribute to a smooth process for the client. You actively contribute ideas for process improvements and can translate customer expectations into operational execution.
In coordination with clients, you’ll discuss implementations, priorities, and optimizations. You speak their language and can engage in high-level discussions about logistics challenges. At the same time, you remain closely involved in day-to-day operations: checking shipments, processing data in systems, and carefully handling administrative tasks.
Teamwork is crucial in this role. You’ll have daily contact with colleagues in the warehouse and with international teams around the world. This requires clear communication, a good sense of relationships, and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic working environment.
