who are you
- You speak Dutch, English, or German (or a mix of them)
- You can read and follow work instructions well (your favorite DIY show is a plus, but not a must)
- Technical skills are in your blood
- You recognize yourself in the following:
- Have you ever worked on engines, mopeds, or cars?
- Maybe you’re restoring a classic car?
- Do you have experience as a mechanic or have you already started working with machinery in school?
what are you going to do
In this role, it’s all about you and the mighty machine. As a Kubota Technical Employee, you’ll make sure every excavator leaves the workshop in perfect condition. From attachments to modifications – you’ve got it all under control.
At the start of the day, you and your team align on which machines are scheduled. Then you gather the required parts and carefully check them for damage or missing items. Spot something off? You report it right away to your team leader, ensuring the customer receives only top-quality results.
Next, you get to work assembling, mounting, and fine-tuning. While working, you always keep the end goal in mind: a machine that fits the customer’s needs perfectly. Once you’re finished, you perform a final test to make sure everything works as it should. Only then do you approve the machine for delivery.
The result? A satisfied customer and a fresh Kubota ready for action.
what do we offer you
- A starting salary between €2,500 and €2,800 gross per month
- Day shifts from Monday to Friday (08:00 – 16:30), giving you plenty of time for hobbies (or that classic car)
