Machineoperator (2-shifts)

You will work in an environment where fresh products are processed daily and sustainably packaged for the European market.

what are you going to do
As a Machineoperator, you are responsible for operating and setting up your own production line. You ensure that the machines are properly adjusted to meet the day’s production orders. At the start of your shift, you check the schedule, carefully calibrate the machines, and perform safety and hygiene checks. You monitor the progress of the process and intervene immediately if there are any irregularities. Thanks to your technical insight, you quickly notice when something is wrong, and you can independently perform first-line maintenance or report minor malfunctions to the technical department in time. You work in a structured and precise manner to ensure product quality remains high.
Besides the technical aspect, you also have a supervisory role within your team. You guide and coach production workers assigned to your line. You are responsible for training new colleagues and making sure they understand the tasks and can perform them safely. You maintain an overview, delegate tasks when necessary, and motivate your team to achieve good results together every day. Your contribution helps create a pleasant and productive working atmosphere, where colleagues know they can rely on each other.
Administrative tasks are also part of your role as a Machineoperator. You ensure that labels are printed correctly, production documentation is accurate, and deviations are recorded. You follow clear guidelines regarding food safety, cleanliness, and quality control. Thanks to your dedication, the process runs smoothly, and customers can count on a reliable and high-quality end product.
