Shift Leader Production (2-shifts)

As a Shift Leader Production, you are responsible for the daily progress of production during your shift. You ensure all production lines operate optimally, the team is deployed effectively, and that targets are met. You start your shift with a short meeting with your team to discuss the day’s planning, special matters, and improvement points. Throughout the day, you oversee the production process and monitor progress, quality, and safety.

You play a central role in managing, coaching, and developing Line Leaders, Operators, and Production Employees. You identify bottlenecks, anticipate disruptions, and make adjustments where necessary. Additionally, you work closely with fellow Shift Leaders and support departments such as Technical Service, Planning, and Continuous Improvement. You actively participate in improvement projects and contribute ideas to further professionalize processes.

As Shift Leader Production, you also ensure clear communication between the production department and the office, both top-down and bottom-up. You participate in daily operational meetings, ensure proper reporting of deviations, and help achieve KPIs in the areas of output, quality, and employee engagement. Together with your team, you create a safe, efficient, and pleasant working environment where quality always comes first.
